Discord User ID: Stored in the private log for moderation. Never shared publicly.
Message Content: Text and image links submitted through the anonymous form.
Server Configuration: Channel IDs, log channel IDs, display name, and language preferences.
Message Timestamps: When each anonymous message was sent.
Ban List: User IDs of accounts banned from anonymous features.

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used exclusively to:

Deliver anonymous messages to the appropriate channel
Provide moderation logs to authorized server administrators
Enforce server-level bans from anonymous features
Maintain server configuration settings
Track cooldown periods to prevent spam

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the core service.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All data is stored on secure servers. Message logs are retained to enable moderation and accountability.

When AnonMask is removed from a server, server configuration data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

With server administrators via the private log channel
When required by law or legal process
To protect the safety of users or prevent illegal activity
