Usage Rules
The spirit of AnonMask
AnonMask exists to let communities have honest, open conversations without the social friction of identity. It's for sharing thoughts and feelings that are hard to express publicly β not for avoiding accountability for harmful actions.
Prohibited content
The following content is prohibited in any server using AnonMask, regardless of the server's own rules:
- Personal attacks: harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted hate toward any individual or group
- Adult content: sexually explicit, suggestive, or adult-rated material
- Illegal content: anything that violates local, national, or international law
- Doxxing: sharing private personal information without consent
- Spam: repeated identical messages, commercial solicitation
- System abuse: attempting to identify anonymous senders or circumvent bans
Image guidelines
Images must comply with Discord content policies. Maximum 4 images per message. Only direct image links (.png, .jpg, .gif, .webp) are supported.
Enforcement
Server administrators are responsible for moderating their anonymous channels. Admins can:
- Delete any message from the staff log
- Ban any user from using anonymous features
- Remove AnonMask from the server entirely
Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent global ban from AnonMask.
Appeals
If you believe you have been incorrectly banned, contact your server's administrators first. For bot-level enforcement concerns, reach out through our support Discord.
