1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding AnonMask to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

AnonMask is a Discord bot that enables anonymous text and image-based communication within Discord servers.

AnonMask is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use AnonMask to:

Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any individual
Share, solicit, or distribute sexually explicit or adult content
Post content that is illegal under applicable laws
Spread misinformation, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages
Attempt to circumvent moderation systems or identify other anonymous users
Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the service or other users

Violations may result in being permanently banned from using AnonMask features in any server.

4. Moderation and Identity Disclosure

While messages appear anonymous to the public, AnonMask maintains a private log including the true Discord identity of each sender, visible only to server staff.

Server administrators are authorized to delete messages and ban users. AnonMask does not intervene in server-level moderation decisions.

In cases of suspected illegal activity, we reserve the right to disclose identity information to relevant authorities if required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AnonMask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any content transmitted through AnonMask or for the actions of administrators or users.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
